裂解炉是化工企业生产中完成烃类裂解制取乙烯的主要场所,整个制取过程主要在辐射段炉管内完成,而裂解炉节能降耗的主要措施就是提高反应温度、降低裂解烃分压及缩短烃类裂解停留时间。基于此,本研究中笔者以自身经验为基础,结合具体裂解炉,分析实际中裂解炉如何节能降耗,希望为同行提供一定的可借鉴经验,促进行业技术水平的提高。
The pyrolysis furnace is the main place for the completion of hydrocarbon cracking in the production of ethylene in the chemical industry. The whole preparation process is mainly done in the radiant section furnace tube. The main measures for saving energy in the cracking furnace are to increase the reaction temperature, Shorten the hydrocarbon cracking residence time. Based on this, the author based on his own experience, combined with specific cracking furnace, analysis of the actual cracking furnace how to save energy and hope to provide some peer experience can be used to promote the improvement of the technical level of the industry.
