汽油发动机汽门挺杆与发动机锻纲凸轮轴的凸轮配合工作,是一对磨擦副。要求挺杆表面有足够的硬度和耐磨性。我厂生产的492型汽油发动机挺杆。要求用20号钢冷挤成筒型,端部堆焊铸铁合金(图1),硬度HRC60~66。 1965年试制时,采用气体火焰手工堆焊,焊后立即用特殊冷却夹具冷却,得到淬火组织。但这种手工堆焊工艺,质量不稳定,成品率只有40%左右。为解决挺杆堆焊质量问题,对高频堆焊进行了试验,从66年到现在,经过14年生产考验,工艺稳定,质量可靠,成品率达到99.8%。金相组织稳定在1、2、3级之

Trial production in 1965, the use of gas flame manual surfacing, welding immediately after cooling with a special cooling fixture, get hardened tissue. However, this manual surfacing process, the quality is unstable, the yield is only about 40%. To solve the tappet welding quality problems, the high-frequency welding was tested, from 66 years to now, after 14 years of production tests, process stability, quality and reliability, the finished product rate of 99.8%.
