目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:从我院收治的儿童过敏性紫癜患儿中抽选94例作为临床研究对象。随机分组:对照组47例,采用常规综合治疗;观察组47例,在常规综合治疗的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液进行治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,症状消失时间明显短于对照组,结果对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效良好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods: 94 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura enrolled from our hospital were selected as clinical research objects. Randomly divided into groups: control group of 47 cases, using conventional comprehensive treatment; observation group of 47 cases, on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment with compound glycyrrhizin injection for treatment. Compare the treatment effect of two groups of children. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the disappearance time of symptom was obviously shorter than that of control group. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The compound glycyrrhizin injection in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura has a good curative effect and is worth popularizing.
