一、深港经济合作的基本情况 创办特区十年来,深圳注重发挥毗邻香港的地理优势,加强与香港的经济技术合作,开创了深港经济交往的新时期,形成了紧密的唇齿相依的关系,深港合作为特区发展注入了活力。 1、大量港资入深,开拓了合作新领域。深圳特区建立以来已成为港商最大的投资场所。1979年,深圳全市与港商签订合同仅170项,协议利用外资0.3亿美元,实际利用外资0.15亿美元。自1980年以来,深圳与港商签订的合同达7000多项(占与外商签订合同总数的90％),实际利用港资22亿美元(占外资总额的66％),与港商合作办起了2500多家三资企业

Basic Conditions for Shenzhen-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Ten years after founding the SAR, Shenzhen paid close attention to giving play to the geographical advantages of being adjacent to Hong Kong, strengthening economic and technological cooperation with Hong Kong and opening up a new era of economic exchanges between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
