据日本专家大场伸哉等报道:为了阐明中国水稻品种矮脚南特(AJNT)的半矮秆性,进行了遗传试验通过连续回交培育出两个半矮秆的农林29品种的近等基因系,即SC—AJNT和SC—TN_1。SC—AJNT表现出来自供体亲本AJNT的半矮秆性和落粒性;而SC—TN_1则表现出台中1的半矮秆性。该特性被证明是由半矮秆基因Sa—1所控制。SC—TN_1及农林29表现非落粒性。
According to the Japanese experts Hiroyuki Yamauchi and other reports: In order to elucidate the semi-dwarfing of Chinese rice varieties dwarf Nantes (AJNT), a genetic experiment was carried out to produce two semi-dwarfing agro-forestry 29 near-isogenic Department, namely SC-AJNT and SC-TN_1. SC-AJNT showed semi-dwarf and shattering from the donor parent AJNT; whereas SC-TN 1 showed semi-dwarfing of Taichung 1. This characteristic proved to be controlled by the semidwarf gene Sa-1. SC-TN_1 and Agroforestry 29 showed non-droplet properties.
