目的:分析多种西药联合使用的不良反应,提高和促进临床西药合理应用的水平。方法:随机选用2009年3月-2012年3月我院开出的2042张药方,对其进行回顾性分析,并根据国家西药管理局和国家卫生部发布的《医疗机构药事管理暂行管理规定》、《处方管理办法》、《抗菌西药临床应用指导原则》、《卫生部医院管理年活动》等相关文件为标准,随机进行统计学分析。结果:在2042张药方中有409张药方因为多种医药联合使用产生不良反应,其发生率为20.03%。结论:导致不良反应原因众多,在联合使用多种西药时,应该充分了解西药的药力药性及作用机制等方面知识。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the adverse reactions of multiple western medicines and to improve and promote the rational use of clinical western medicines. Methods: Randomly selected from March 2009 - March 2012 out of our hospital 2042 prescriptions, a retrospective analysis of their, and according to the State Administration of Western Medicine and the Ministry of Health issued the “Provisional Regulations on the administration of medical institutions, medical institutions ”,“ Prescription management approach ”,“ Guiding Principles of clinical application of antibacterial western medicine ”,“ Hospital Management Year Ministry of Health activities ”and other related documents as a standard, a random statistical analysis. Results: Of the 2,042 prescriptions, 409 prescriptions had adverse reactions due to the combination of various medicines. The incidence rate was 20.03%. Conclusion: There are many causes of adverse reactions. When using a variety of western medicines together, we should fully understand the knowledge of drug resistance and mechanism of action of western medicine.
