陕西延长榆林能源化工有限公司是由陕西延长石油集团与中煤能源通过增资扩股共同组建的一家大型煤气油盐综合利用化工企业,主要负责靖边能源化工综合利用产业园区启动项目建设。该项目是集团公司按照省委、省政府“大区域谋划、大产业构建、大集团引领、大项目推进”战略和陕北能源化工基地“三个转化”的总体要求,充分发挥榆林靖边丰富的油气煤盐等资源综合优势,实现资源就地转化和高效开发,推动延长石油集团产业结构调整和陕北能源化工基地建设的重大举措。靖边能源项目拟建场地位于陕西靖边县城东北方向,西距靖边县城10公里,东距榆林市120公里,南距西安市约500公
Shaanxi Yanchang Yulin Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale comprehensive utilization of gas and oil chemical company jointly established by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group and China Coal Energy through capital increase and expansion. It is mainly responsible for the start-up project of Jingbian Energy, Chemical and Industrial Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park. The project is the group company in accordance with the overall requirements of the provincial party committee and government “large-scale regional planning, construction of large industries, large groups to lead, large projects to promote ” strategy and “three transformations ” in northern Shaanxi energy and chemical industry base, give full play to Yulin Jingbian rich oil, gas, coal and other resources comprehensive advantages, to achieve the transformation of resources in situ and efficient development, and promote the restructuring of industrial structure to extend the oil group and energy and chemical base in northern Shaanxi a major move.
