一九八八年五月八日至十四日,水利部会同能源部在北京召开了“一长江流域综合利用规划要点修订工作座谈会”。参加这次会议的有:国务院有关部、委、办、局和新闻单位;三峡工程论证领导小组;特邀顾问;综合规划与水位专题组的顾问和专家;长江流域内各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市计委、水利等单位,部属各流域机构、水利水电勘测设计院;有关电管局、电力设计院等单位的代表,共约250人。全国政协副主席钱正英同志为特邀顾问,出席会议。这次会议的主要任务是:(1) 汇报流域规划进展情况和《长江流域综合利用规划要点修订补充报告纲要》;(2) 征求对《报告钢要》的意见和建议;(3) 研究《修订补充报告》的编制
From May 8 to January 14, 1988, the Ministry of Water Resources together with the Ministry of Energy held a forum on revising the main points of planning for the comprehensive utilization of the Yangtze River Basin in Beijing. Participating in this meeting are: relevant ministries, commissions, offices, bureaus and news units of the State Council; leading group of the Three Gorges Project Demonstration; invited consultants; consultants and experts in integrated planning and water level special groups; and experts from various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the Yangtze River Basin Planning units, municipalities planning units, water conservancy and other units, subordinate watershed agencies, water conservancy and hydropower survey and Design Institute; the relevant authority, power design institutes and other units, a total of about 250 people. Comrade Qian Zhengying, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, as a specially invited adviser, attended the meeting. The main tasks of this meeting are: (1) to report on the progress of the river basin planning and the Supplementary Report on the Amendments to the Outline of the Comprehensive Utilization of the Yangtze River Basin; (2) to seek the opinions and suggestions on the “report on steel”; and (3) Revision Supplementary Report "
