经过30年的努力,国内学界对农民工问题的研究已经初步形成了较为固定的范式,具体表现为形成了共同的理论预设、方法论、研究取向及研究结论。在这一研究范式的助推下,农民工问题在政策体系中所占的位置日益核心化,农民工形象在社会公众中日趋正面化,农民工的未来出路也日益明朗化。为了弥补农民工研究中农民工主体缺位的不足,未来需要对农民工主体缺位的形成逻辑进行晰清,并依此为基础考虑在研究取向和政策出台方面引入新理念,如社会合作理念,实现农民工主体地位的全面回归。
After 30 years of hard work, the study of migrant workers in the domestic academic circles has basically formed a relatively fixed paradigm. The concrete manifestation is the formation of a common theoretical presupposition, methodology, research orientation and conclusions. Driven by this research paradigm, the migrant workers’ position has become increasingly centralized in the policy system. The image of migrant workers has become more and more positive in the public and the future of migrant workers has also become clearer. In order to make up for the shortage of migrant workers in the research of migrant workers, we should clarify the formation logic of migrant workers’ absence in the future. Based on this, we should consider introducing new concepts in research orientation and policies, such as the concept of social cooperation , To achieve the full return of the mainstay of migrant workers.
