迄今文献记载的尿石成份已达40余种,但临床上常见的仍然是:草酸盐、磷酸盐、尿酸和尿酸盐、胱氨酸以及人为因素(artifacts)所致的尿石.尿石成份分析对于针对尿石的成因、制定治疗措施有重要意义。一、草酸钙尿石占所有尿石的73%,在纯草酸钙尿石中,一水草酸钙(COM)占38%,二水草酸钙(COD)占21%,两者同时存在占41%。COM 常位于结石核心,而 COD 多位于结石表层。草酸钙含结晶水越多,晶体越不稳定。三水草酸钙(COT)极不稳
