近年来,由于市场对汽门质量有了新的要求,国内汽门生产厂家都在上“摩擦焊接”工艺,所采用的设备大多是“HSMZ-13”型摩擦焊机(以下简称“摩擦焊”)。我厂对该机进行了调试,现将调试过程中在电路方面采取的一些改进措施作一简要介绍。 在调试过程中,发现该机存在几个主要问题: 1、电气逻辑设计无法保证加工程序的执行,各程序间联锁多而杂,电路存在多处“竞争冒险” 2、电流继电器选择不合适,不能实现“功率极值控制法”,焊接质量得不到保证。 3、使用元件多,仅程序控制部分使用的中间继电器和行程开关就多达29个,触头利用率低。
