以矿用混合动力自卸车为研究对象,进行了模糊控制能量管理策略的研究。以整车需求转矩与当前车速下发动机最佳转矩的差值和动力电池SOC为输入、发动机期望转矩为输出,构建了有121条规则的模糊控制器。根据某矿用混合动力自卸车的实际运行情况,建立了自卸车循环工况,并利用AVL Cruise和MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真平台对制定的模糊控制策略进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,与采用逻辑门限控制策略相比,模糊控制策略明显提高了矿用混合动力自卸车的燃油经济性。
Taking the mining hybrid dump truck as the research object, the fuzzy control energy management strategy is studied. The fuzzy controller with 121 rules is constructed based on the difference between the torque demand of the complete vehicle and the optimal torque of the engine at the current speed and the SOC of the power battery as input and the desired torque of the engine as the output. According to the actual operation condition of a mine hybrid dumper, the cycle condition of the dump truck was established, and the fuzzy control strategy formulated by AVL Cruise and MATLAB / Simulink co-simulation platform was simulated. The simulation results show that compared with the logic threshold control strategy, the fuzzy control strategy obviously improves the fuel economy of the mining hybrid dump truck.
