截止到2012年底,中国化纤产量达到3800万吨,占到全球总产量的65%。随着全球化纤生产重心向中国转移,中国化纤工业必然逐步承担起引领全球化纤工业科技进步的重任。中国化纤工业经过几十年的高速发展,已形成完整的产业链配套体系,包括相适应的科研、人才培养和装备制造部门,在常规纤维生产领域拥有领先的设备和技术,产品从常规化学纤维、高性能化学纤维到生物基化学纤维,成为产品覆盖面及应用范围最广的国家。这些优势为中国化纤工业的科技进步奠定了扎实的基础,也是中国化纤工业实现转型升级,创新发展的有利条件。现在及未来中国化纤工业的科技进步主要体现在以下几个方面:(1)常规纤维的多功能化和高差异化;(2)高性能化学纤维的低成本化生产和品质提升;(3)生物基化学纤维及原料的研发,规模化生产及市场应用;(4)常规纤维的绿色低碳生产技术。
By the end of 2012, China’s chemical fiber output reached 38 million tons, accounting for 65% of the global total. As the focus of global chemical fiber production shifts to China, China’s chemical fiber industry will inevitably gradually assume the task of leading the progress of science and technology in the global chemical fiber industry. After decades of rapid development, China’s chemical fiber industry has formed a complete industrial chain supporting system, including suitable scientific research, personnel training and equipment manufacturing departments. It has leading equipment and technology in the field of conventional fiber production. The products range from conventional chemical fiber , High-performance chemical fiber to bio-based chemical fiber, a product coverage and the most widely used countries. These advantages have laid a solid foundation for the technological progress of the chemical fiber industry in China and are also favorable conditions for the transformation and upgrading and the innovation and development of the chemical fiber industry in China. The technological progress of China’s chemical fiber industry now and in the future is mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) the multi-functional and high-level differentiation of conventional fibers; (2) the low-cost production and quality improvement of high-performance chemical fibers; Bio-based chemical fiber and raw materials research and development, large-scale production and market applications; (4) conventional fiber green low-carbon production technology.
