诚信建设事关图书馆事业建设与发展。图书馆在不断发展建设过程中,要以诚信管理带动诚信服务,用诚信服务体现人本诚信。图书馆必须加强馆员诚信意识培养及诚信文化建设,并构建馆员岗位诚信管理体系,这是图书馆大力倡导诚实守信职业道德的关键。
The construction of honesty and trustworthiness concerns the construction and development of the library undertaking. Library in the continuous development and construction process, we should promote good faith management integrity services, with integrity services reflect the integrity of humanity. The library must strengthen the cultivation of honesty and trustworthiness of librarians and the construction of good faith culture, and establish a honesty management system of librarian posts. This is the key point for libraries to advocate honest and trustworthy professional ethics.
