本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图作为评价方法,检测43例冠心病患者尼群地平治疗前后左室舒张功能,并与22例正常人对照。结果证实左室舒张功能减退在冠心病中较普遍。尼群地平可以明显改善受损的冠心病左室舒张功能。
In this paper, pulse Doppler echocardiography was used as an evaluation method to measure the left ventricular diastolic function in 43 patients with coronary heart disease before and after nitrendipine treatment, and compared with 22 normal subjects. Results confirmed that left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in coronary heart disease is more common. Nitrendipine can significantly improve left ventricular diastolic function in patients with impaired coronary heart disease.
