目的分析和评价界首市第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目实施结果,为今后艾滋病与结核病防治探索出一种科学、可行的工作模式。方法对项目执行期间的报表、专题调查、项目督导和工作考核等资料进行统计分析。结果 TB/HIV双重感染防治工作支持环境得到改善,对登记的1 919例结核病患者检测,HIV阳性抗体检出率为0.21%;对可随访的1 183例艾滋病病毒感染者和病人检测,检测率达到100%,结核病检出率为2.28%;对27例TB/HIV双重感染者抗艾滋病病毒治疗25例,复方新诺明预防性治疗27例,抗结核病治疗27例,涂阳病人治愈率为90.91%;涂阴病人完成治疗率为100%。结论全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目的实施促进了界首市的双重感染防控工作,TB患者和AIDS的双向检测及双重感染者的及时治疗,对控制结核病和艾滋病的流行具有重要意义,应长期开展。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation results of the TB / HIV dual infection prevention and control project of the fifth round of the Global Fund in Jieshou City and to explore a scientific and feasible working mode for the prevention and control of AIDS and tuberculosis in the future. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on the reports, special investigations, project supervision and job evaluation during the project implementation. Results The TB / HIV dual infection prevention and control work environment was improved. The detection rate of HIV-positive antibody among 1 919 TB patients registered was 0.21%. Among the 1 183 HIV-infected patients and patients who were followed up, the detection rate Up to 100%, the detection rate of tuberculosis was 2.28% .Twenty-seven patients with TB / HIV double infection were treated with anti-HIV treatment, 27 cases were treated with cotrimoxazole prophylaxis, 27 cases were treated with anti-tuberculosis and the cure rate was 90.91%; smear negative patients to complete the treatment rate was 100%. Conclusion The implementation of the TB / HIV dual infection prevention and control project of the Global Fund has promoted the prevention and control of double infections in Jieshou City. The bi-directional detection of TB patients and AIDS and the timely treatment of patients with dual infection are of great significance for controlling the prevalence of tuberculosis and AIDS.
