三七片是以三七(Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F·H·chen)为原料制成的常用中成药。目前国内生产的三七片都是以投料及片剂通则控制质量。本文根据三七的已知化学成分,对甲醇提取液、水提取液,采用紫外分光分析法,萤光及试管反应等项的鉴别方法研究,重现性好。三七片甲醇提取液的紫外吸收光谱中最大吸收在268±1nm,最小吸收在262±1nm,可否利用其吸收度作为定量的指标,有待探讨。
Sanqi tablets are commonly used proprietary Chinese medicines made from Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen. At present, the domestically produced Sanqi Tablets are controlled by the standards of feeding materials and tablets. Based on the known chemical composition of Panax notoginseng, this article studied the identification methods of the methanol extract and the water extract using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry, fluorescence, and in vitro reaction. The reproducibility was good. The maximum absorption in the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of Panax notoginseng methanol extract is 268±1 nm, and the minimum absorption is 262±1 nm. Whether or not the absorbance can be used as a quantitative index is yet to be explored.
