河南油田某采油厂目前已有8座注汽站,在用注汽锅炉共有25台,除5台活动锅炉烧稀原油外,其余20台均烧渣油与稀油混合的乳化油。由于渣油提炼较深,其沥青及灰份较多,燃烧中不可燃的矿物质在炉内燃烧后成为灰渣,一部分细小的灰粒随烟气一起流动到空气中,其余大部分沉积于注汽锅炉对流段的翅片管内,并逐渐地增厚成为积灰层或结渣层,对流段积灰较快且不易清除,影响受热面的传热。排烟温度达到230℃左右。如不及时吹掉,则积灰和结渣将日益严重,导致对流段传热效率急剧下降直至报废。
