新课改是一次改革,是对传统教学意识和教学行为的一次深刻挑战。它不但要求施教者从思想上彻底更新观念,还得从方法上彻底转变教学行为。过去我总认为:师者,传道、授业、解惑,教师只要自己有满腹经纶,之后毫无保留地传授给学生即可,在过去的教学行为中,我极少考虑学生的情感状况与思想状况,甚至对学生的身体状况都了解很少,因而往往站在一个绝对高度,对学生发号施令,高高在上。觉得教师够“尊严”、够“威风”。
The new curriculum reform is a reform, which is a profound challenge to the traditional teaching consciousness and teaching behavior.
