1981年全国炼油厂平均每加工1吨原油的收益(包括上缴税金及企业利润)为100元左右,石油化工、化纤类型企业更高些。但是如果把原油和产品都按国际市场价格进行计算,则大部分炼油厂和石油化工、化纤厂都是赔钱的。只是由于我国原油价格低,成品油价格高,石油化工、化纤产品价格更高,因而掩盖了这个矛盾。因此,从这个意义上说,我国1亿吨石油所创造的价值,同工业发达国家比较,相差很远。其主要的原因是:
