油气管道的安全运行直接关乎人民生活与国家经济稳定发展,选用模糊层次综合评价法对油气管道安全性定量评价十分必要,首先利用多层次改进的层次分析法,对影响管道安全性的腐蚀因素、管道设备、第三方破坏因素和自然灾害等4大准则层因素,以及下一级的指标层9个元素定量化权重大小,其次应用模糊综合评价方法,建立安全等级与评价体系隶属度矩阵,计算得到油气管道的系统安全系数为0.707,表明系统安全处于一般到较安全之间,系统存在安全隐患。从指标权重大小角度分析影响安全隐患原因,腐蚀和管道因素权重分别为0.49和0.31,排除隐患首先应该加强防腐技术与管道设备维护方面的培训和学习,提高工作技能,确保油气管道运行安全。

From the perspective of the weight of the indicator, the causes of potential safety hazards are analyzed. The weights of corrosion and pipeline factors are 0.49 and 0.31, respectively. To eliminate the hidden danger, we should first enhance the training and study on anti-corrosion technology and pipeline equipment maintenance, improve work skills and ensure the operation safety of oil and gas pipelines.
