无论是从经济发展过程、人力资源特征还是交流合作关系,台湾和福建都体现出了难以割舍的联系,甚至体现出一定程度上的相似性,这些无疑为两地的人力资源结构比较奠定了良好基础。本文以《中国劳动统计年鉴》、《福建统计年鉴》及台湾地区公布的人力资源状况的数据为基础,对2006年至2011年(福建省201 1年数据尚未公布,数据取到2010年为止)的历年数据进行整理,分析两地人力资源结构的基本特征。
No matter from the process of economic development, the characteristics of human resources or the exchange and cooperation, both Taiwan and Fujian have shown hard-to-break connections and even some similarities. This undoubtedly laid a good foundation for the comparison of human resources structure between the two places basis. Based on the data of “China Labor Statistical Yearbook”, “Fujian Statistical Yearbook” and the status of human resources released in Taiwan, this paper analyzes the data from 2006 to 2011 (the data of Fujian Province in 2011 are not yet released and the data are taken in 2010) The data of the past years are sorted out to analyze the basic characteristics of the human resources structure in both places.
