全国熔模精铸测试技术第二次协调会于82年4月14~18日在温州召开。会议由沈阳铸造研究所主持,有21个单位的32名代表参加。 与会代表首先回顾自1977年11月芜湖第一次会议以来的工作情况,认为四年内研制的四项型壳性能检测仪,对开发我国熔模铸造用新型制壳材料、研究制壳工艺和提高铸件质量等方面都起到了促进作用。 在此基础上,代表们进一步探讨了熔模铸造生产过程中,各个工艺环节所需要控制和测试的内容。 对于模料,认为应在“JZ—78—83—65”基础上及时予以修改和补充。建议采用热分析的方法研究模料的热稳定性、收缩和表面硬度。最好设计

For the mold, that should be “JZ-78-83-65” on the basis of timely amendments and additions.
