齿轮传动机构,随着机械产品更新的要求,向着高精度,低噪音、小体积、大功率和耐用的方向发展。因此,提高淬火后齿轮的精度,就要求有经济的、高效率的加工方法,以修正热处理(淬火)后齿形、齿向变形产生的误差。对于精度要求(JB179-60)7~6级的火后中硬齿面的加工,火后剃齿是比较实用的中硬齿面加工方法之一。所谓火后剃齿,即在批量生产中精切齿,留剃量,热处理后再进行剃齿。与火前剃齿相比,火后剃齿还应特别注意处理好下列工艺要求。
