目的:观察从松油醇中提取的dlα萜品烯醇、从艾叶油中提取的萜品烯醇4 和反式葛缕醇以及从留兰香油中提取的l葛缕酮的气管平滑肌松弛作用和对过敏介质的影响。方法:采用豚鼠离体气管平滑肌实验法、豚鼠组胺乙酰胆碱引喘实验法、致敏豚鼠肺组织SRSA 释放测定、拮抗SRSA 实验以及致敏豚鼠离体气管SchultzDale 反应检测。结果:本文四种单萜类对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌均有直接松弛作用和抗氨甲酰胆碱作用;能预防组胺乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠药物性哮喘;能拮抗SRSA 引起的回肠收缩和抑制致敏豚鼠肺组织SRSA的释放以及抑制致敏豚鼠离体气管的SchultzDale 反应。结论:单萜类有气管扩张和抗变态反应作用
Objective: To observe dlαterpineol extracted from terpineol, terpineol-4 and trans-germyl alcohol extracted from wormwood oil, and gonone extracted from spearmint oil Trachea smooth muscle relaxation and effects on allergic media. METHODS: Guinea-pig isolated tracheal smooth muscle test, guinea pig histamine-acetylcholine-induced asthma test, sensitized guinea pig lung tissue SRS-A release assay, antagonism SRS-A experiment and sensitized guinea pig tracheal Schultz-Dale reaction. RESULTS: The four monoterpenoids had direct relaxation and carbamoylcholine resistance on isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle; could prevent guinea pig drug-induced asthma induced by histamine-acetylcholine; and could antagonize ileal contractions caused by SRS-A. Inhibition of sensitized guinea pig lung tissue SRS A release and inhibition of sensitized guinea pig SchtrazDale reaction in vitro trachea. Conclusion: There are tracheal dilatation and antiallergic effects in the monoterpenoids
