考试与教学是学校教育以致一切教育不可分割的重要组成部分。考试制度与教学制度构成了教育制度的重要框架。研究并探讨考试制度与教学制度的关系,是寻求并建立最佳教育体制的基础工程。科学地把握住考试制度与教学制度的关系,必须抓住四个基本点,即本质上不入误区,客观上遵循规律,实践上坚持发展,政策上健全机制。一、考试制度与教学制度本质上与升学竞争无关考试制度与教学制度,与升学有联系,但与升学竞争无关。升学是通过考试从教学对象中选拔出所需要的人;而升学竞争是教学对象在考试中角逐
Examinations and teaching are an integral part of schooling and education as a whole. The examination system and the teaching system form an important framework of the education system. Studying and discussing the relationship between the examination system and the teaching system is the basic project for seeking and establishing the best education system. To scientifically grasp the relationship between the examination system and the teaching system, we must seize the four basic points, that is, basically invading the region, obeying the law objectively, adhering to development in practice, and sound the policy mechanism. First, the examination system and teaching system essentially have nothing to do with the competition for higher education examination system and teaching system, and higher education, but has nothing to do with the competition for further education.
