踝关节力量对提高跳远运动员的运动成绩有着举足轻重的作用,踝关节力量好不但能提高跳远成绩而且能减少跳远运动员受伤的几率。笔者根据自己的训练经验,总结了以下几种有效提高踝关节力量的方法。
Ankle strength plays a decisive role in improving the performance of long-jump athletes. Ankle strength can not only improve long jump performance but also reduce the chances of long-jump athletes being injured. The author based on their own training experience, summed up the following several effective ways to improve the strength of the ankle.
