本文报道６例重度闭塞性肺动脉高压合并右心功能不全的患者，进行硝苯地平急性药物试验引起血压下降、心率增快、肺动脉压略升高。其中两例口服给药后发生无血液动力学改变的急性肺水肿。
This paper reports 6 patients with severe obliterative pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular dysfunction in patients with nifedipine acute drug test caused by decreased blood pressure, heart rate, pulmonary hypertension slightly increased. Two of these patients developed acute pulmonary edema with no haemodynamic changes after oral administration.
