[目的]研究无机钠盐对土壤中各种形态锌含量的影响。[方法]用Tessier连续提取法进行试验,研究了不同种类、不同浓度的无机钠盐对不同形态的锌离子浓度的影响。[结果]向土壤中加入不同的无机钠盐对于锌的存在形态产生的影响不同。对于可交换态锌,土壤中加入Na2CO3和Na2SO4使其含量减少,加入NaCl使其含量增加;对于碳酸盐结合态锌,NaCl和Na2SO4使其含量增加,而Na2CO3则使其含量减少,该形态锌的含量受Na2SO4影响较大;对于锌的铁锰氧化态﹑有机态和残余态,加入NaCl和Na2SO4后,其含量均减少,且加入钠盐浓度越大减少越明显,而加入Na2CO3则使铁锰氧化态的含量减少,使有机态和残余态的含量出现不同变化——低浓度使两者含量增加,高浓度使两者含量降低。[结论]该研究为不同地区土壤重金属离子含量的测定提供了指导方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of inorganic sodium salts on various forms of zinc in soil. [Method] The Tessier continuous extraction method was used to test the effects of different types and concentrations of inorganic sodium salts on the zinc ion concentration in different forms. [Result] Addition of different inorganic sodium salts to soil had different effects on the existence of zinc. For exchangeable zinc, Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 were added to the soil to reduce its content, and NaCl was added to increase its content. For carbonate-bound zinc, NaCl and Na2SO4 increased their contents while Na2CO3 reduced their contents. The content of zinc is greatly influenced by Na2SO4. The contents of Zn, Fe and Mn in oxidation state, organic state and residual state are decreased with the addition of NaCl and Na2SO4, Iron and manganese oxidation state decreased, so that the content of organic and residual state of different changes - low concentration so that both increased, high concentration so that both reduced. [Conclusion] The study provided a guideline for the determination of soil heavy metal ions in different areas.
