上钢八厂三车间是以生产中小型角钢为主的轧钢车间,设有燃油连续加热炉壹座,1975年底,该加热炉采用无水冷滑轨,投产四年多来,经过革新,燃油消耗不断下降,改造前的75年度,油耗为57.18kg;改造后的76年度降到51.16kg;77年度为50.09kg;78年度为42.33kg;79年度为40.21kg;80年一季度达到39.40kg(均以成品钢材计)。几年来,降低油耗所采取的措施主要有以下十个方面: 1.采用新材料高铝混凝土基墙砖砌筑基墙,同时填平基墙外侧烟道,大大提高基墙寿命。 2.延长Mn13金属滑轨,并试制能伸入炉内更换滑轨的机械手,解决棕刚玉碳化硅滑轨在低温
