肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia Plesl.)系樟科植物,为广西主产中药材之一。我所药理室用桂皮水煎剂进行冠脉流量、耐缺氧等动物试验,获得较好的结果,并发现分离部位 W_1具有抑制网状内皮系统的吞噬能力和对体液免疫有明显抑制作用。另据文献报道,桂皮酸具有辐射防护作用,桂皮酸钠具有升白作用,且可引起蛙足蹼膜血管扩张及家兔白细胞增加。我们在化学实验中测得桂皮挥发油含量为5.86%。从桂皮醇溶及水溶部位中,分别用常法处理及硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱等分离手段,得到9个结晶性成分。其熔点、红外光谱、质谱,核磁共振谱、紫外光谱及与已知品薄层对照,证
Cinnamomum cassia Plesl. is one of the main Chinese herbal medicines produced in Guangxi. In the Institute of Pharmacology, we used cinnamon decoction to conduct animal experiments such as coronary flow and hypoxia tolerance, and obtained good results. We found that the isolated site W_1 can inhibit phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelial system and significantly inhibit humoral immunity. According to reports in the literature, cinnamic acid has a protective effect on radiation, sodium cinnamic acid has a whitening effect, and can cause vasodilation of the frog foot decidual blood vessels and increased white blood cells in rabbits. We measured the volatile oil content of cinnamon in the chemical experiment as 5.86%. From the cinnamon oleoresin and water-soluble fractions, nine crystalline components were obtained by ordinary methods, separation by silica gel column chromatography, and Sephadex column, respectively.
