吉林省南部通化地区中石炭统本溪组的底部砾岩,1975年提出为冰碛成因,当时也有不同意见,但未展开讨论。 1981年6月,我们于吉林南部踏勘,对金坑岭砾岩进行了观察,认为金坑岭砾岩非冰碛成因,应属滨海相砾岩;砾岩内的变形砾石,应为成岩压实作用产生的砾石形变。金坑岭砾岩冰碛成因的讨论,对古冰川遗迹的鉴定及北半球晚古生代地理的研究均有一定意义。我们观察时间短促,未深入研究,仍愿提出商讨,敬请批评指教。
The bottom conglomerate of the Carboniferous Benxi Formation in Tonghua area, southern Jilin Province, was proposed as a moraine genesis in 1975. The discussion on the genesis of the mound in the Jinkengling conglomerate has some significance for the identification of ancient glaciers and the study of the Late Paleozoic geography in the northern hemisphere.
