本文介绍了采用6~8GHz频段频率合成器方式直接分频锁相介质振荡器和微波集成二倍频器电路技术制作13/15GHz频段数字微波通信系统锁相本振源的设计思想及设计过程。通过对该本振源设计原理及测试结果的分析讨论,可以看出该电路调测方便、简单实用,能满足13/15GHz频段数字微波通信系统对该锁相本振源技术指标的要求。
In this paper, the design idea and design process of a phase-locked PLL for digital microwave communication system in 13 / 15GHz frequency band are introduced by using frequency synthesizer with 6 ~ 8GHz band frequency synthesizer to directly divide the PLL oscillator and microwave integrated frequency doubler circuit. By analyzing and discussing the design principles and test results of the local oscillator, it can be seen that the circuit is convenient, simple and practical for commissioning, and can meet the technical requirements for the phase-locked local oscillator in the 13 / 15GHz frequency band digital microwave communication system.
