近年来,伴随着天然气集输、加工处理技术的成熟,国内天然气工程公司业务已逐步走向海外。面对多元化的国际市场,工程公司需要从设计、采购、施工、调试各方面寻求突破以提升竞争力,也要能够针对不同地区的情况,采取有效可靠的工程方案。作者在中石油工程建设公司坦桑尼亚天然气处理厂项目中担任仪表工程设计,后赴现场从事施工指导工作,也参与过部分运行维护工作,前后历时约3年。工作中发现,很多经典的仪表设备在坦这种热带海洋气候环境中,受到了严峻的参验。不到1年的运行期中,仪表设备的频繁故障。由于处理厂位置偏远,当地工业水平低,采购成本和运输成为了巨大难题,项目运行面临了巨大的挑战。在此,作者对项目中遇到的问题进行总结分析,希望对今后地处于热带海洋气候区域的项目有借鉴作用,能够尽早将问题遏制,达到优化质量,节约成本的目的。
In recent years, along with the natural gas gathering and transport, processing technology matures, the domestic natural gas engineering company’s business has gradually moved overseas. In the face of diversified international markets, engineering companies need to seek breakthroughs in design, procurement, construction and commissioning to enhance their competitiveness. They must also be able to adopt effective and reliable engineering solutions in different regions and regions. The author worked as instrumentation engineering design for the CNPC Tanzania Natural Gas Treatment Plant project and went to the site to work on construction guidance as well as part of the operation and maintenance work, which took about 3 years. Found in the work, many of the classic instrumentation equipment in Tanzania in this tropical marine climate environment, has been severely tested. Less than 1 year of operation, the frequent failure of instrumentation. Due to the remote location of the treatment plant, the local industrial level is low, the procurement cost and transportation have become a huge problem, and the operation of the project faces enormous challenges. Here, the author summarizes the problems encountered in the project and hopes to draw lessons from the future projects in the tropical marine climate region so as to curb the problem as soon as possible so as to achieve the goal of optimizing quality and saving costs.
