在固定床实验台上,对甘油与生物质共水蒸气气化进行实验研究。采用正交实验方法,设计三因素三水平正交试验,考察温度、水流量、甘油/生物质(质量比)这3个因素对玉米芯与甘油混合物共气化制取的气体产物成分组成、气体产率、液体产率、固体产率及气体产物热值的影响。在此基础上对实验数据进行极差分析和方差分析计算,确定所考察因素的显著性、主次地位和各因素水平的优化组合。实验结果表明:影响H_2产率的因素主次顺序为T(温度)>S(水流量)>G/B(甘油/生物质质量比),优化组合参数为T=750℃,S=2 mL/min,G/B=3:8。气体产物中H_2体积分数为35.8%~62.0%。
In a fixed bed test bench, experiments were conducted on steaming of glycerol and biomass. Orthogonal experiment was used to design three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment to investigate the composition of gas products obtained from co-gasification of corn cob and glycerol with three factors of temperature, water flow and glycerol / biomass (mass ratio) Gas yield, liquid yield, solid yield and gas product calorific value. On this basis, the experimental data were analyzed by range analysis and analysis of variance to determine the significance of the factors considered, the primary and secondary positions and the optimal combination of the level of each factor. The experimental results show that the order of the main factors affecting the yield of H 2 is T (temperature)> S (water flow)> G / B (glycerol / biomass mass ratio). The optimal combination parameters are T = 750 ℃ and S = / min, G / B = 3: 8. The volume fraction of H 2 in the gas product ranged from 35.8% to 62.0%.
