目的　总结 16例心脏和心包恶性肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗的临床经验。方法　对心脏和心包恶性肿瘤患者有突发病史、胸片、心脏彩色超声心动图 ,必要时可作CT或磁共振 (MRI)检查即可确诊 ,本组 16例中 14例均在低温体外循环下手术。结果　手术 14例中 13例肿瘤切除 ,1例术中终止手术 ,2例手术死亡 ;1例术前死亡 ,1例放弃手术。结论　超声心动图和胸片是最常用和有效的检查 ,一旦确诊手术是解除恶性肿瘤引起心脏通道阻塞的唯一方法 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment of 16 cases of cardiac and pericardial malignant tumors. Methods Patients with cardiac and pericardial malignancy have a history of sudden illness, chest X-ray, and heart color echocardiography. If necessary, they can be diagnosed by CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Of the 16 patients in this group, 14 patients underwent hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass Under surgery.
