以热流强度取代水温差监控炉缸受蚀状况,则更为全面和科学.热流强度能对炉缸受蚀状况做出准确的估量,以便采取正确和有效的防护措施.本文根据首钢高炉情况,提出了监控炉缸受蚀状况的热流强度报警值(18.6kW/m~2)和临界值(21~22kW/m~2),以及目前能测到的炉缸烧穿前的热流强度值(~40kW/m~2).
