陕京输气管道SCADA/POAS系统是迄今为止我国陆上控制天然气管道距离最长、自动化水平最高、功能齐全的自动化系统,整个项目从1993年开始至1997年基本结束。该项目由德国PLE管道工程公司、德国CEGELECAEG系统自动化公司、四川石油管理局勘察设计研究院、北京华油有限责任公司(原中国石油天然气总公司北京天然气集输公司)等共同完成。陕京输气管道自动化系统实现了陕西到北京天然气输送的远程监视、控制、数据采集、管道工艺优化和决策,简称SCADA/POAS系统。该系统包括北京调控中心网络计算机调度管理及监控系统,远程站自动控制系统ACS,北京、山西、陕西3个输气管理处(GTD)的监视系统(PCViews)。该系统以北京调控中心为核心,对全长85323km主干线和6519km支线的输气管道运行进行监视、控制、调度和管理;同时还具有支持工程开发和培训等功能,为整个管道的优化操作和调度管理提供科学指导和决策。
Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline SCADA / POAS system is by far China’s land-controlled gas pipelines the longest distance, the highest level of automation, full-featured automation system, the entire project from 1993 to 1997 basically ended. Shaanxi-Beijing gas pipeline automation system to achieve the natural gas from Shaanxi to Beijing remote monitoring, control, data acquisition, pipeline technology optimization and decision-making, referred to as SCADA / POAS system. The system includes the Beijing Regulatory Center network computer scheduling management and monitoring system, the remote station automatic control system ACS, Beijing, Shanxi, Shanxi 3 Gas Management Office (GTD) monitoring system (PCViews). The system takes Beijing Regulatory Center as the core, monitors, controls, schedules and manages the operation of gas pipelines with a total length of 853.23km and 65.19km. It also supports functions such as project development and training, The optimal operation and scheduling management provide scientific guidance and decision-making.
