欣悉会计准则国际研讨会近日在上海召开,我谨表示热烈的祝贺。 中国政府历来重视会计工作和会计信息。建立全国统一的、科学的、符合国际惯例的财会制度是对企业科学管理和建立现代企业制度的基础。为了实现建立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标,我们必须借鉴世界各国发展市场经济的成功经验,包括借鉴会计方面的经验。“执柯伐柯,其则不远”。我希望出席这次研讨会的中外专家加强沟通,互相切磋,为制定中国会计准则畅所欲言,使会计准则国际研讨会获得圆满成功！
I am pleased to note that the International Symposium on Accounting Standards was held in Shanghai recently and I would like to extend my warm congratulation. The Chinese government has always attached importance to accounting work and accounting information.
