江浙一带露天养鳗池,均有长达4个月(11月~翌年3月)的越冬期。如何根据鳗鱼本身的生理特点,加强越冬管理,最大限度避免越冬损失,这对发展下一年的鳗鱼生产十分重要。我场根据以往几年正反两方面的教训,采用以下技术措施: 一、提前越冬并塘我场一般在十月上旬开始进行鳗鱼越冬并塘,将所有鳗鱼按规格大小作不同处理: 10克以下的新鳗种,体质较弱,越冬成活率较低,因此并塘时将全部迁入塑料大棚内加温继续饲养;100—150克接近出口规格
