运用实验法和调查法对我院学生身体素质的抽样统计分析结果,认为专项课教学的模式符合我院的实际,顺应教学发展规律,符合学生心理,能激发学生兴趣,增强学生体质,促进学生身体发展,有利于学生掌握运动技术,养成终身锻炼的习惯,使学生具有良好的意志品质,增强竞争意识。在教学实践中亦有其可行性,是我院体育教学的发展方向。
The results of sampling and statistical analysis of the students ’physique in our hospital by using the experimental method and the investigation method show that the teaching mode of the special class accords with the reality of our college, conform to the law of teaching development, accord with the psychology of students, stimulate students’ interest, enhance students ’physique and promote students’ Physical development is conducive to students mastering sports techniques, develop the habit of life-long exercise, so that students have a good will quality and enhance the sense of competition.
