以多枝柽柳为研究对象,使用LI-6400光合分析仪,对自然条件下生长的4年生多枝柽柳在典型天气(晴天)下的光合参数及影响因子进行测定。对多枝柽柳光合特征的日变化规律及影响因子进行分析,结果表明:1)在典型天气条件下,多枝柽柳光合速率日变化、蒸腾速率、气孔导度都呈单峰曲线,光合速率在12:20左右达到最大峰值,为10.29μmol(m2.s)。2)对影响光合作用的环境等因子进行的相关分析结果表明多枝柽柳的光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Gs)。蒸腾速率(Tr)、相对湿度(RH)、大气有效辐射(PAR)呈正相关关系。其中多枝柽柳光合速率和太阳辐射强度有双侧显著正相关,相关系数为0.931。而空气相对湿度与气压亏缺和气温呈双侧显著负相关,相关系数为-0.983和-0.948。
In order to study the photosynthetic parameters and influential factors of 4-year-old Tamarix ramosissima under typical weather conditions (sunny days), LI-6400 photosynthesis analyzer was used to study the Tamarix ramosissima. The results showed that: 1) Under typical weather conditions, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance all showed single peak curve, the photosynthetic rate was The maximum peak around 12:20 was 10.29 μmol (m2.s). 2) Correlation analysis showed that the photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Gs) of Tamarix ramosissima were influenced by factors such as environment affecting photosynthesis. Transpiration rate (Tr), relative humidity (RH) and atmospheric effective radiation (PAR). Thereinto, there was a significant positive correlation between the photosynthesis rate and solar radiation intensity of T. ramosissima with a correlation coefficient of 0.931. The air relative humidity and air pressure deficit and temperature showed a significant negative correlation between the two sides, the correlation coefficient of -0.983 and -0.948.
