五加科植物在植化研究中是一个值得重视的课题,因为这些植物具有许多治疗作用。现认为含有达玛烷和齐墩果烷骨架的三萜皂甙和生物活性有关。本文报道从刺五加根提取物中分离得到两种新的三萜皂甙。将刺五加根粉末用热甲醇提取完全,提取液蒸发浓缩成暗色糖浆状将其悬浮于水中,依次用水、饱和的正己烷、乙醚、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取。正丁醇萃取部分进行硅胶柱层析,以氯仿-甲醇-水(70:25:3到60:40:10)梯度洗脱。将氯仿-甲醇-水(60:40:10)洗脱部分蒸发后得到的粗皂甙上Sephadex LH20柱,以甲醇洗脱精制。此混合物再用硅胶旋转薄层层析,以氯仿-甲醇-水
The Araliaceae plants are worthy of attention in the research of phytochemicals, because these plants have many therapeutic effects. Triterpenoid saponins containing the dammarane and oleanane skeletons are believed to be involved in biological activity. This article reported that two new triterpene saponins were isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus root extract. The Acanthopanax root powder was extracted with hot methanol, and the extract was concentrated by evaporation to a dark syrup, suspended in water and extracted with water, saturated n-hexane, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The n-butanol extraction fraction was subjected to silica gel column chromatography eluting with a gradient of chloroform-methanol-water (70:25:3 to 60:40:10). The crude saponin obtained by the partial evaporation of chloroform-methanol-water (60:40:10) was applied to a Sephadex LH20 column and purified by elution with methanol.
