今年以来,面对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势,我国石油和化工行业克服了宏观经济下行压力,行业经济运行在7月触底后逐步趋稳,9月出现一年来累计增幅首次上扬,企稳回升态势初步确立。展望四季度,随着国家宏观调控政策效果的逐步显现,我国石油和化工行业经济运行将步入平稳回升阶段,全年产值增长可望超过11%。
