湖南岳阳港务总公司经过试点建立企业安全管理新机制的经验在全国推广之后,各地积极行动,纷纷根据自己企业的特点建立安全管理新机制。实践证明,通过安全管理新机制的建立、运行,水上安全工作中多年来的一些热点难点问题有了突破。安全管理在走向有序、预控的路上迈开了新的步伐。
After the pilot project of establishing a new mechanism of enterprise safety management in Hunan Yueyang Port Administration Company, after the promotion in the whole country, all localities took active actions and set up a new mechanism of safety management according to the characteristics of their own enterprises one after another. Practice has proved that breakthroughs have been made in some hot and difficult issues over the years through the establishment and operation of a new safety management mechanism and over the years in water safety work. Safety management has taken a new step toward an orderly and pre-control.
