针对大型工程机械各类信号与驾驶操控室仪表异地显示的通信问题,提出基于射频模块nRF2401实现无线数据通信的设计方案,详细介绍射频芯片nRF2401的工作原理及特点,并给出了无线通信系统硬件结构、接口电路及相应程序框图。系统的主控制器采用工作在3.0V的低功耗MCU芯片MSP430F149,射频模块为双通道接收的单片收发器nRF2401,显示屏采用带汉字字库点阵液晶驱动芯片YJD12864C-1。经过测试,该无线通信系统通信速率高、通信质量好,传输距离空旷处可达100m。
Aiming at the communication problem of all kinds of signals of large construction machinery and remote display of driving control room instrument, the design scheme of wireless data communication based on RF module nRF2401 is proposed. The working principle and characteristics of RF chip nRF2401 are introduced in detail. The hardware of wireless communication system Structure, interface circuit and the corresponding block diagram. The main controller of the system adopts the low power MCU chip MSP430F149 which operates at 3.0V and the single chip transceiver nRF2401 which is the dual channel receiver. The display screen adopts YJD12864C-1, a liquid crystal driver chip with Chinese character font. After testing, the wireless communication system, high communication rate, good communication quality, transmission distance up to 100m.
