护理道德教育是向护理生传授道德方面的知识,让护理生明白本职业的基本道德行为规范,并且加强学生自身的道德素养,培养出高素质的医护护理人员。护理职业是保护生命、减轻痛苦、增进健康的职业,对护理职业加强道德教育,有利于促进社会和谐,有利于培养中职护理生的职业道德。众所周知,职业学校内,学生的素质水平参差不齐,显性教育很难实现其预期效果,隐性德育课程教育,将更加有利于提升学生的职业道德,本文以隐性德育课程对中职护理生职业道德教育的影响为研究对象,深入探讨了隐性德育课程如何提升中职护理生的职业道德素养。
