了解北京市农村居民医疗费用情况。方法：分4个季度调查农村居民医疗卫生服务需要及利用情况，同时调查三级医疗机构门诊及住院病人的医疗功用。结果：农村居民年人均医疗费用80．95元，其中老年人为166．01元，居民年人均医疗费用最高的疾病为感冒及心脑血管病。结论：建议加强农村老年保健工作，发展和完善农村合作医疗制度。
Understand the medical expenses of rural residents in Beijing. Methods: Four quarters were used to investigate the medical service needs and utilization of rural residents. At the same time, the medical functions of outpatients and inpatients in tertiary care institutions were investigated. Results: The per capita medical cost of rural residents was 80.95 yuan, including 166.01 yuan for the elderly, and the highest per capita medical cost for residents was cold and cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. Conclusion: It is recommended to strengthen rural old-age health care and develop and improve the rural cooperative medical system.
