本文总结了南张实验区防治血吸虫病的经验,包括不同阶段的防治措施,各阶段考核效果的方法,达到基本控制指标后的有关监测工作。认为防治初期病人多、螺情重,防治对策采取全面的查治病、查灭螺措施,能使当地病情和螺情迅速减轻。在病人和钉螺减少以后,采取重点灭螺和治病措施以巩固成果,控制流行。当病人、钉螺很少时,要长期坚持监测,治完病人,灭净钉螺。实验区经过“准备”、“战斗”、“巩固和扫尾”,完成了防治任务。
This paper summarizes the experience of prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in Nanzhang Experimental Area, including prevention and treatment measures in different stages, methods for assessing effects at various stages and related monitoring after reaching the basic control index. In the early stage of prevention and treatment, they considered that there were many cases of patients with serious illnesses and the prevention and treatment measures were taken comprehensively. The measures of checking and controlling snails could promptly reduce the local conditions and snails. After the reduction of patients and snails, focusing on snails and treatment measures to consolidate the results, control of the epidemic. When patients, snails rarely, to long-term adherence to monitoring, cure patients, eliminate snails. After “preparation”, “fighting”, “consolidation and elimination of tail”, the experimental area completed the prevention and control task.
