本文用线性扫描吸附伏安法,研究了在NH_4OH-NH_4Cl底液中,人工合成食用色素柠檬黄,亮蓝在悬汞电极上有较强的吸附性。当pH~8.7柠檬黄在-0.67V处,导数峰电流与浓度在0.002~0.30μg·ml~(-1)范围内成良好线性关系。pH~8.0在-1.30V处产生亮蓝吸附还原峰,导数峰与浓度在0.02~1.5μg·ml~(-1)范围内成线性关系。用此法可不经分离,直接测定食品中的混合色素。柠檬黄 [NaO_3SC_6H_4N_2C_3N_2(COONa)(C_6H_4SO_3Na)] 亮蓝 [~-O_3SC_6H_4C(:C_6H_4:N~+C_2H_5CH_2C_6H_4SO_3Na) (C_6H_4NC_2H_5CH_2C_6H_4SO_3Na)]为人工合成食用色素,其原料为煤焦油产物苯胺,具有一定毒性,我国卫生部规定这些人工合成色素的最
